What is ISP billing software?
It is the software an internet service provider (ISP) uses to keep its customers, make their monthly bills, take payments, switch the connection off when a bill is not paid and on again when it is, and see the whole business in one place.
Does it work with MikroTik?
Yes. It talks to your MikroTik routers (RouterOS API) for PPPoE customers and WiFi hotspot customers: it makes and updates the secrets and profiles, suspends and re-activates connections, and shows who is online.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Customers can pay online through the payment gateways you set up (SSLCommerz, ShurjoPay) and by bKash, Nagad and Rocket with the payment recognised from the SMS you receive; staff can also take cash and record it. Every payment is kept with its transaction ID.
Can I have resellers or sub-resellers?
