Internet Bill BD (internetbill.bd) হলো ইন্টারনেট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার (ISP)-দের বিলিং সফটওয়্যার। ISP, রিসেলার, হটস্পট প্যানেল ও তাদের কাস্টমাররা এই অ্যাপ ও ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করেন। অ্যাপটি internetbill.bd ওয়েবসাইটটিই দেখায়।
আমরা কী তথ্য রাখি
- লগইনের তথ্য: ইউজারনেম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড (পাসওয়ার্ড এনক্রিপ্ট করে রাখা হয়)।
- কাস্টমারের তথ্য, যা ISP নিজে যোগ করে: নাম, মোবাইল, ঠিকানা, প্যাকেজ, বিল ও পেমেন্টের হিসাব, ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারের পরিমাণ।
- পেমেন্টের তথ্য: লেনদেন নম্বর (TrxID), পরিমাণ ও সময়। কার্ড বা ব্যাংকের গোপন তথ্য আমরা রাখি না; অনলাইন পেমেন্ট হয় পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের নিজের পেজে।
- নিরাপত্তার জন্য লগইনের সময়, IP ঠিকানা ও ডিভাইসের ধরন।
তথ্য কেন ব্যবহার করি
শুধু সেবা চালানোর জন্য: লগইন, বিল তৈরি, পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ, মেয়াদ শেষের SMS বা ভয়েস কলে মনে করিয়ে দেওয়া, আর অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপদ রাখা। আমরা কোনো তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য ব্যবহার করি না।
কার সাথে শেয়ার হয়
শুধু সেবা দিতে যতটুকু লাগে: আপনার ISP (যার কাস্টমার আপনি), পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, ShurjoPay ইত্যাদি), এবং SMS ও ভয়েস কলের প্রোভাইডার। আইন অনুযায়ী কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে দিতে হতে পারে।
নিরাপত্তা ও সংরক্ষণ
সব সংযোগ HTTPS দিয়ে এনক্রিপ্ট করা। প্রতিটি ISP-র তথ্য আলাদা রাখা হয়, এক ISP অন্যটির তথ্য দেখতে পারে না। অ্যাকাউন্ট চালু থাকা পর্যন্ত তথ্য রাখা হয়; হিসাবের রেকর্ড আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় সময় পর্যন্ত রাখা হতে পারে।
অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে ফেলা
কাস্টমার হলে আপনার ISP-কে অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে বলুন। ISP বা রিসেলার হলে প্যানেলে লগইন করে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন অথবা নিচের ঠিকানায় অনুরোধ পাঠান। অনুরোধের ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হবে; শুধু আইনগতভাবে রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক হিসাব রাখা হতে পারে।

Internet Bill BD (internetbill.bd) is billing software for internet service providers (ISPs). ISPs, their resellers and hotspot panels, and their customers use this app and website. The app shows the internetbill.bd website.
What we collect
- Sign-in details: username, mobile number, email and password (passwords are stored hashed).
- Customer records added by the ISP: name, mobile, address, package, bills and payments, and internet usage.
- Payment records: transaction ID, amount and time. We do not store card or bank secrets; online payments happen on the payment gateway's own page.
- For security: sign-in times, IP address and device type.
How we use it
Only to run the service: signing in, making bills, taking payments, sending expiry reminders by SMS or voice call, and keeping accounts safe. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
Only as needed to provide the service: your ISP (if you are its customer), payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, ShurjoPay and others), and SMS and voice call providers. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
Security and retention
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Each ISP's data is kept separate; one ISP cannot see another's. Data is kept while the account is active; accounting records may be kept as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account and data
Customers: ask your ISP to delete your account. ISPs and resellers: contact us from your panel or send a request to the address below. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of the request; only records the law requires us to keep may be retained.
Children
The service is for businesses and adult customers, not for children under 13.
